As a company AIC has a distinguishing character and is an organization that provides a degree of excellence and dedication to the services which it provides.
The above principles hold the key to the successful operation of a contract not only in the services provided, but also in the quality attributes placed on the management, communication and commitment shown on-site.

This, we believe, separates us from our competitors as we are more in-tune with our clients’ daily needs and requirements resulting in continued service satisfaction.

QUALITY PLAN

Our Quality plan details areas such as Hazard Control, Food Operational Procedures, Goods Ordering and Receival plus the relevant processes and procedures relating to maintaining quality standards across all services provided.

ISO9001:2008

Through our structured Auditing Process we strive to achieve our visions and values in relation to the Quality, Service and Commitment we provide our clients. This is reflected in our continued success and award of the industry-recognized

ISO 9001:2008 Accreditation relating to Catering and Support Services. Our drive to maintain this standard is evident through our company documentation and the supporting information we can provide on-site.

AUDIT CRITERIA

As part of the ISO9001:2008 process various Internal Audits are completed in order to review, evaluate and monitor the service and standards being provided. These will occur over a set duration, i.e. daily, weekly, monthly and six-monthly and will run in conjunction with additional Marketing / Site Standard Audits which are completed by Senior Head Office personnel during their scheduled site visits.
