Operational Logistics
The logistical process of the mobilization is crucial to the successful operation of the contract, co-ordination and control being key elements of this. The planning and ordering procedures will be co-ordinated from site by the Project Team, linking in with our nominated suppliers.
MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITY
All stages are discussed, planned and strategically laid out in accordance with the Mobilization Plan. This plan is controlled by our Business Development Team incorporating input from all key departments such as Operations, Human Resources, Quality and Purchasing. OPERATIONAL STANDARDS
Our Operations team provides continued support to our Project and Camp Managers in the daily running of client-contracted sites, including the development of our business through the monitoring of our services, standards, personnel and resources.
Their drive is to improve current processes and procedures with a strong focus and commitment to evolving our contracts and striving to achieve continual improvement in all areas of our operational processes and support services that we administer on-site.
