Indigenous Employment

As a company, ‘Action Industrial Catering’ has over the years developed strong links in relation to supporting local economies through the Out- Sourcing of Services such as linen, vending etc and our Recruitment Process encourages Indigenous Employment on the sites we operate.

An example of this would be our contract with ‘Jubilee Mines’ – (Cosmos Nickel Project) under our ‘Spinifex Support Services’ partnership.

This has been very successful working in conjunction with others forging and implementing such ties as providing employment, but also taking into cognizes the importance of the Indigenous Beliefs and Cultural Awareness of the surrounding Sacred Areas.

The importance of this and additional Environmental Issues are detailed, discussed and documented in every ‘One to One’ staff induction, which we complete for all employees prior to their arrival on site.
