Health & Lifestyle
"To provide workplace injury and wellness solutions to ensure that all employees are not only fit for work, but also for life."
LIFESTYLE PROGRAM
As a company, our focus is to be proactive rather than reactive in the injury and health management of our clients' employees. Read on
AIC works in conjunction with a privately owned consultancy company which specializes in providing on-site injury and health management services to a range of corporate clients, with a special interest and experience in the mining industry. They provide statewide services which are customized to ensure each client's specific needs are met. Their experience and interest in the mining industry has equipped them with the specialist skills and programs required for the unique environment of a remote mine site.
HEALTHY LIFESTYLE CAMPAIGN
Health and Fitness Tests can be completed which are more than just a health check and status report - they can identify existing and potential health risks for employees allowing for early intervention. A wide scope of established health, fitness and lifestyle assessment tools are used in order to form a complete health profile for each employee. All of these tests can be conducted at the workplace.
EXTERNAL DIETICIAN
As part of our ongoing approach to continually develop our focus towards maintaining a consistent Healthy Eating, we recently commissioned the services of an External Dietician who in conjunction with our Marketing Services Manager, Project Manager and Head Chefs has devised a five-week cyclical menu incorporating the "balance of needs our bodies require on a daily basis.
MARKETING CAMPAIGN
In conjunction with this we have launched our own in-house marketing campaign providing relevant information and facts, in order to highlight and communicate the benefits of making those subtle changes in your eating lifestyle.
In addition, via the 'The Heart Foundation' we also provide a series of written information booklets on a variety of health subjects such as Cholesterol, Healthy Eating, Diabetes and General Health Information Booklets. These are easily accessible for workers to remove and read at their leisure.
