Action Industrial Catering has over the years developed a personalized recruitment & selection process for all it’s employees. As a company it encourages and embraces a culture which is both ‘hands’ on and individually focused towards initial induction through to personal development.

  
  We offer a variety of positions within the remote sites we operate, these primarily relate to a ’fly in fly out basis. We recruit for the following positions:-
  • Project Managers
  • Head Chefs
  • Second Chefs
  • Night Cooks / Breakfast Chefs
  • Kitchen Hands
  • Cleaners
  • General Utilities

Training will be provided in conjunction with each application, however the following pre requisites do apply, please make sure you have attained these prior to submitting your application: -

  • Manual Drivers License
  • Current Police Record

Additional certification will be required prior to going to site, this can be organized once an appointment is made. It can however be an advantage to have these qualifications in advance of your application.

  • Senior First Aid Certificate (Valid)
  • MARCSTA
  • 4 Wheel Drive Training Certificate

Full Medical, Mine Health Surveillance and Drug Screening will be required. These will be organized on appointment.
