INDUSTRIAL CLEANING
AIC can provide extended support in the industrial cleaning aspect of the site contracts. Being able to supply the appropriate equipment, products and specialized training in this technical area allows the process of stripping, polishing and floor sealing to be undertaken with ease. All of which re defines the standards we continually strive to achieve on site.
DETAILED CLEANING
We aim to address all aspects of cleaning requirements on site including detailed cleaning if this incorporates specialized areas such as BBQ facilities, Swimming Pools, Tennis Courts, Gymnasiums and village surrounds we can facilitate this requirement utilizing the level of knowledge and experience we have within our existing workforce.
MANAGED LABOUR HIRE
We operate a managed labour hire service, supplying experienced chef managers, cooks and utilities as required. This meets the strict guidelines that companies require in today’s resources sector.
Managed labour hire with a cost plus arrangement for consumables and a management fee for equipment is available for both long and short term contracts.
