Owen Selman – Finance Director

As founding director of AIC, Owen is responsible for overall accounting, financial and general business functions for the company, overseeing the administrative and quality procedures within our operations.

John Sells – Business Development Director

John has responsibility for commercial/contract management including company operations. Thirty years experience in operational roles both overseas and Australia John brings a wealth of experience and industry knowledge in the design, developing and overall operational management of remote village facilities.

 
 

Kim Irvine – Marketing Services Manager

With over 15 years of operational / financial & marketing experience in catering and facilities management, Kim is responsible for implementing these skills in conjunction with the quality control procedures across the contracts. A main focus of the marketing role is to liaise with clients on a regular basis, in order to monitor, evaluate and evolve the services being provided on site.

Dave Calkins – Operations Manager

The operational support we provide to our Project Manager and their teams is key to the overall smooth running of our contracts. Dave’s role primarily focuses on support and guidance in the  day to day running of our site operations.

As a previous project manager himself, Dave brings ‘hands on’ knowledge and past experience to the role entrusting confidence from within his operational team.
